Lost my shoes when kept outside of the room..when asked the manager told me why were you complaining after 1 day..it was because I did not notice..when I told to ask the house keeping guy, he told he did not have house keeping guy's number..when asked to check CC TV ,he told me he did not have PW to check CC TV and it was with the owner.. I was calling almost everyday to know the whereabouts but they only told me that he would check and inform..be careful with your belongings..the room and bathroom was full of mosquitos..no TV remote available...
Never take this hotel Because of the disturbance I vecate the hotel and took another. 1. Rooms are not clean. Full of dirt. 2. AC cooling is not up to the mark. 3. Toilet is dirt 4. Cupboard is unclean 5. cost is high. 6. Roadside car parking at owners risk. And always ask to change parking.

Worst experience ever. If you are planning to Trichy kindly dont go to this hotel. Starting from the reception everything was dirty. Even the guy in reception was rude to us since the beginning. The bathroom was so dirty & extra bed was broken. I had my 8 months old baby & asked for water heater the receptionist guy replied that hot water is available only from 5Am to 6 Am. Having a hectic climate & routine which can rise up at that early. Totally it was very disappointing visit & not worth the money.
Worst place for stay and behaviour ever in my life. Reception person was worst behaviours, speech, attitude. They are not ready to speak proper way to guests.
