Though their service is good waiting time is too much for outpatients. Need to wait whole day for doctor consultation

I really wanna thank each and every doctors and staff members. Just before 5 days my mom got admitted and she got diagnised as covid positive, she was really sick and in critical condition. The care and treatment of doctors is great and each and every staff nurse is kind and ready to do nursing at care any time. Now mom got cured a lot. I would never forget they saved my mom's life. Greatful from bottom of my heart.

Service of nurses are very worst and irresponsible. Charges are tooooooooo high. Doctor is expecting cash for open his mouth and his subordinates are also very rude. Not having any ethical. Not even share the patient records to get opinion from other know doctors. Always cash cash cash cash cash. Very bad service. Don't visit this hospital.

Best medical caring around rajapalayam town. Well trained BLS ACLS staffs and experienced doctors available 24 hrs. They take treatment immediately and recover patient safely.

Worst Experience: Never Trust & Irresponsive Cost of Covid19 SWAB Test: I heared in 1 centre - 1500Rs for 1 test But here they cost :2500Rs. Its costing more. I have given the test based on agreement to give it by Sunday, as my institution requested to submit certificate by Moday. I have been marked LOP for this day. Given test for COVID19 on Saturday. commitment given to deliver the report by sunday (but irresponsive answers when called on sunday and report not delivered till monday). They said they will revert back after checking the lab, but nothing i received until now. Monday morning i went and asked lab, they dont know about the report when they will receive. They directly gave number and ask lab about the report. The lab not picked the call till noon. Finally i got response from LAB that my informationis not provided by the hospital that thye cannat provide the report. Lab requested to send the personal details to move further. Its really very very worst service. i woud never recomend this hospital for anything.

They do not give any immediate correction to ailments,lab facilities are poor ,had to change to a better facility for even a simple ailment
