I started MMA training because I was looking to learn a new skill, and at the same time, work on my fitness. MMA warriors is a place which I would recommend for everyone who has a similar goal, or even for someone who wants to go on ahead as a pro MMA fighter. Everyone training here is very passionate towards MMA, and it shows. They help out no matter at what level you are. They really push you hard. They make you do everything from weight training, crossfit, bag work, pad work, outdoor running, etc. And it adds to your confidence not just fitness wise, but generally towards life as well. They helped me realize how strong I really am, and they keep pushing me to become stronger everyday. 10/10 would recommend.

I joined MMA Warriors as a summer vacation activity to explore new things. Best decision i have ever made! Excellent facilities and excellent coaches truly makes them the best MMA club in Thane. It has been around 6 months Training under MMA Warrior And it's absolutely a Privilege and Honour to train under Trainers who have represented India Come here only if you are interested to train your body to the Core, Weight-loss will eventually happen in the process. (Provided you are regular) I was a complete beginner in this Sport and was clueless what items one needs to buy as a personal stuff, listing out some which may help some. 1. 4m Hand Wraps. 2. Mouth Guard. 3. Croin Guard. 4. Indoor Running Shoes. 5. Skin fit full length Inner Wear Monday to Friday there is training In the Studio. Saturday's mostly it's Outdoor except for Monsoon. Additionally It's better if you come paired cause you will need a partner of your caliber sooner or later cause it's a bit difficult if you are the odd one or alone which is rare though.

100 times better than a Gym. Trainers give you personal attention everytime. Yuvraj sir, Nishant sir, Pravin sir, Rakesh sir are the best. And if you are fortunate you get the best of best Michael sir to train you. You get to do so many different & interesting exercises/drills/techniques here that you are excited to reach the gym everyday. Must for all who want to improve strength, stamina, endurance, power, heart health, joins strength & learn mixed martial arts. This place makes you stronger physically & mentally also, by pushing you everyday to next level. Highly recommended for all girls/women's for better physique & self defence. MMA Worriors is the place where you can came to know what your body is capable of. I have been training here for 4 months , I can see a huge difference in my physic. Trainers are amazing. My endurance also increases. I feel more energetic than before.

An out of the world experience. More than Just a Gym. And more than a martial arts learning. This training will give you the speed, stamina, strength and techniques. You have to go through a fitness test, which is a good about 30-45 mins drill, to even be able to enroll yourself. It's been over 3 months, since I've joined the training. And I know now how to really push my limits. And that at the age of almost 45, I can confidently say, that, age is all in your head. All the trainers here, wether it's Yuvraj, Pravin, Nishant, or Michael Sir himself are great motivators and will never let you give up. In my case, they constantly keep feeding in my head, that, age is just a number. So if you are considering, joining a gym, or renewing that gym membership, this is the place where you definitely want to be.
