Update - Since last week steam room is operational. Changing room does not have ventilation, it's always malodorous. People keep most of their used shoes or lot of stuff in locker room which make locker room fetid. Steam room has always some issues, it never works. It has been closed for more than 10 days now. They have very small machine that people use at homes, temperature never goes up. Hot water also has lot of issues. Only some trainers do their job, Other trainers don't help beginners. Most of the time they just prefer standing still or gossiping with each other or to be seated and resting. Faculty staff is good. Gym does not have dedicated deadlift platform , most of the equipments are very well maintained, and thankfully workout floor hygiene is way better than locker rooms.
A well-equipped gym with qualified trainers who are friendly and guide well in all the exercises. It has a steam bath, martial arts cage and a cafe attached to the gym which are extraordinary additions. All the staff members are cooperative and helpful whenever required.
