MM Legacy, A Bergamont Hotel - Kanchipuram - Hotel in Meenakshi Nagar - Kanchipuram, India

The room we stayed was neat, modern and clean. The bathroom was smelly because of the non functioning exhaust which was promptly corrected when we informed them. Complimentary breakfast was also good. Front desk service was excellent. Ample car parking and right on the National Highway outside of Kanchipuram is good for transit stay.

We are here for vacation but we change hotels literally every night. Room required only for good sleep and great breakfast the next day. As we got into the hotel last night, it was late. We found no kettle on the room. Requested for one and waited. Have to call again the next morning and it arrived after a reminder. Mini bar fridge doesn't work. Water pressure was absolutely low. Life savour of this hotel is the food. Offering was good and taste was excellent. Service in general for this hotel requires a good attention. Trainee in the coffee house also need attention as they waiting for your call. Besides this hotel there is a huge drainage which can be extremely smelly at times.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Right from the front desk staff, the rooms & the restaurant was all top notch. The rooms are big and well maintained. The roof top swimming pool was spectacular. Food was delicious. The buffet breakfast was lovely. Location was a bit far off from the temples though. Situated right on the highway. Good basement parking for the cars. Definitely the best option to stay in Kanchipuram.

Place is ok but not impressed by their service. Housekeeping was not acceptable. Sheets were smelly and towels look very old. Unfortunately, their phone was out and could not get much help. Clogged shower drain was not fixed despite multiple requests. Location is also not ideal if you are visiting temples. Overall, I would find a different place to stay.

Service is very poor here it's just for name sake 3 star hotel, they provided us with a mini fridge which doesn't cool instead it heats up the products inside , asked the front desk to send some one to look into it but no one turned up requested the service staff but no one cared, washroom is not maintained well even a mug of water clogs in the drain and will take minutes to completely drain away. Bathroom smells weird as if it was closed for several days and can see visible fungus stains on the false ceiling. Storage drawers near the bed area needs to be punched to close it. hope the management wakes up and maintain the standards and train their staff better. Overall an average stay.

The arrogance of the staff here is extreme. Especially in the restaurant. Mr. Vignesh "so called restaurant manager" is very very arrogant. We have been a regular customer here from the past three years and we never faced any issues in service and quality until Vignesh entered. I don't recommend the restaurant. All he wants is to keep his arrogance at peak. Good luck, I'm not coming back here. You've lost a handful of regular customers.

Well, one of the best hotels in Kanchipuram.. Right from the stay to the food to the services.. Excellent!!! We loved the rooms and room service. The food too is awesome.. Chef Madan is too good.. He indeed won our hearts through his excellent culinary skills.. Food was very delicious and superb. The service at the restaurant too is truly praiseworthy.. Friendly staff and quick service. All in all I would recommend M M LEGACY to everyone who will visit Kanchipuram whenever..
