Where do I start, this gym is only for women. I have been going there about 2 weeks and I am totally loving the experience. This gym has some awesome energy that moved you to the incredible energy and knowledge that you get from the trainer. If I talk about the trainer, they understand what you are striving for and they will get you there and further, while having fun. Also, eager to help and will to take time with you. The trainer at MKS GYM have offered me incredible guidance and the gym is simply just a fun place to hang out while working out. I'm still running, but now I feel much stronger all-around and feel like part of the MKS GYM.
Going there from the past 3-4 months. The best gym for girls. If you are a girl and want to go in the safest environment then go for this gym. Safest place. Ambiance is good and staff is so corporative . They have the proper equipments Available there. Trainer is also very nice and humble with everyone Happy to be a part of this place
Hands down,best choice I've made training at MKS. My experience with MKS has been and continues to be perfect.Convenience at its finest. A special shout out to Manoj Sir.He's always been very welcoming,upbeat and encouraging. I highly recommend checking this gym out.

Being a beginner in gymming , this is my first gym I joined and from the very first day I am enjoying the fitness sessions because of the ambience also the gym is equipped with all sort of new machines..and the trainers here give attention to each one specifically during training session.. Best for ladies out there who wants to feel comfortable during exercise. Lastly, value for money.
Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. This gym is perfect option for those people who wants alwez fit in there busy life. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've seen in a gym with a better vibe. if your goal is to simply stay fit then this is the better option. Great atmosphere, easy access to all equipment not to rammed in, everyone is very helpful and friendly. Yes, i recommended this gym bcoz it is very helpfull for me i loose weight very fast my fitness levels is increased day by day.. Seriously i loved it..
Hi everyone....... I joined the gym on November 03 2020 with a doubtful mind and shivering legs. I was 85 kg when I got admitted here. Gradually, I felt comfortable and my journey went on..... Free hand exercises, weight training and cardio had become part and parcel of my life here. 1:30 to 2:00 hrs a day were bringing changes in my oversized body. But one thing that kept my on the right path was sir's advise. I just followed the same and in three and half month, people saw a major transformarion in my body....... I advice people to join and keep yourself motivated to be fit.... Three cheers for MKS Gym........
