*A very trusted and efficient hospital in the Pala region with a well experienced Doctor and very well behaving staffs. *The charges here are very affordable for the common man. *The hospital is very neat and the service is very descent. *Enough area is available for parking and there is a small cafeteria and also a canteen inside the hospital.

Pravithanam,SH 8 Athinadu, Pala Nice atmosphere. Clean and well maintained. Cheapest price and ordinary people can handle the cost. Dr Babu Thomas herania, Varicose and Thyroid specialist famous doctor in Kerala. Nurses are very good attitude there job. Hospital PRO Mr Albin he was very rood person and bad reputation. He doesn't know how to handle the customer.Need to some explain to him what is the hospital mission meaning.

I am satisfied with hospital and staff. But PRO behaviour is not good. And hospital canteen food is not good..

Nice hospital Professional doctors Dr. Mathew George - Ortho is a hero in surgeries. Super patient care by nurses thanks to Mr. Albin Baby -HRM / PRO for the coordinations and guidelines for insurance.

It is a fact this hospital is clean and almost well managed. It is a bad experience to wait almost 2 hours to book for ortho consultation as only 50 books are allowed. Need to make arrangement to open the counter to book atleast by 6.30 so that people need not have to wait long hours to book.

Beside Pala Thodupuzha highway ,Good Doctor's and Nurse's care,Neat and clean,Affordable bills.Big thank you for Dr. Babu Thomas - Thyroid, Hernia, Varicose vain specialist . Bad experience from Hospital PRO behavior and talking to customer . It not professional way .
