I stayed here over 1 month. The experience was awesome. The complimentary breakfast and dinner are really good. Room are well maintained. All the staffs here are friendly especially Udhay and team in the dining area. Overall it was an enjoyable stay for me and would definitely recommend.
Absolute pleasure to stay at M.K. Residency. A very friendly place for family stay. A big shout out to Uday, Rajeev and the kitchen team for finger licking food served. This is a great property in the heart of Coimbatore. Great location. We had opted 1BHK flat, and i must say it was fantastic. Rooms were neat and clean. Spacious as well. Car parking is very good, considering the locality the parking provided is worth mention. Support staffs and others were excellent. Breakfast was sumptuous.
Excellent . People coming here just avoid the street approach from the theatre side as you might end such up on theatre crowd. Pls use Rajaji road to come to this wonderful property. Very good rooms well maintained by rk team and food is

I Traveled alone with my kids for a short vacation. My choice of choosing MK residency was the best decision I made for this trip. From safety to service they are the best in town. Treated me as one of their family member and definitely in a very dignified way. All the staff including from the kitchen to the room service, the owner has chosen the best candidates they could. Very responsive, they even helped and guided me to plan my outing with kids during my stay. I should thank each and everyone from bottom of my heart to make my trip a completely safe and memorable one. I appreciate the owner for providing a ride to drop me off at the railway station and the driver sir who even helped me board the train safely. They are the best example for offering complete hospitality during the stay. No cons to be noticed during this stay and it was very pleasant to spend time even while resting in the room. Best home-cooked food for breakfast and dinner every day (except Sunday dinner). Would recommend it for all types of Travellers, and especially to women who are traveling alone.
I stayed at MK RESIDENCY for three days...Since it is a service apartment, it is very good for home stay experience. Neatly maintained rooms. They give great importance to cleanliness. Another Worth mentioning here is their complimentary south Indian breakfast - the taste and quality is top notch. Friendly staffs. Overall great home experience. Location is very close to supermarket, bus stand, restaurants. In the kitchen, they provide induction stove, plates, small pan.
