It's a budget hotel with a kitchen in the terrace where guests have access to cooking their own meals however house keeping isn't available as per standards and mostly is going to be self-serve for all requirements.
Wouldn't recommend this place to any families. The service is absolutely hopeless and unprofessional and untrained staff. The TV was not working. Rooms were spacious and very clean, though the linen had some dirt. Hot water is available throughout the stay. The location is in a commercial area and very noisy. The wifi speed is low, too. Waste of money

Very worst, Don't go, Because this is having small room, unclean bed sheets and pillow covers, Not welcoming but they want to give reviews they are asking for the mobile and they itself tried to give 5 star and good ratings, i have added breakfast while booking but they are providing me the breakfast outside from some outside shops that is also not good and hygiene
A basic facility like hot water is not provided even after asking multiple times. Lift is not working. We had to carry our heavy luggages all the way to second floor. Room is clean but service is poor. It's worth the price only if they serve hot water. Location is good as well if you are looking somewhere near to ksr bengaluru station or majestic.
