Very interactive and helpful staffs. Nice collections which are affordable with good quality... nice experience with wide range of collection..... but it is too rush when I visited ....then also staffs make us comfortable ....
They may have to give some training to some of the staff who don't know how to treat loyal customers. We went there to return a dress and they asked to select other dress for the same price.. so we did shopping for an hour and actually purchased more items as well. When went to make the payment they said dress has some dirt on it and that returned it after 7days. We understand it wasn't returned in 7days but it was highly disappointing for my mother as she has been shopping there for a long time even though the shop is far from our place .she will not go back there anymore.Staff can be a bit more understanding and treat customers better.Thank you

Today we went for purchasing material for our onam celebration at college. Their customer service was too good. The behaviour of the staff was good, they helped us in selecting the best collection. It was a staff called Beena who assisted us through out our purchase. She showed us the best materials available there as we needed the material in a bulk amount.
