Mittal Gardens, Siliguri - Hotel in Siliguri - Jalpaiguri, India

On the Sevoke Road, Siliguri, opposite Anandalok Hospital, Mittal Gardens is one of the best affordable hotels in Siliguri. The location is quiet yet near to the main Sevoke Road. The property is well maintained, neat and clean. The service is good. There is always somebody to help you around. Different room options available but the Suite is the best. There is an on-site restaurant. The rooms are well maintained with AC, water heater and all necessary amenities. There is a large parking area. I stayed at the property thrice and it is still on my list for my future visits.

It's not even a hotel. It's merely a wedding hall with rooms. While they advertise themselves as a 3-star hotel, they lack certain necessities: 1. No toiletries provided. 2. No kettle not even teabags were provided. 3. No cupboards in the room. 4. Broken table drawers 5. No ventilation in rooms. 6. Noisy throughout the day due to construction/marriage preparations. 7. The bathroom window faces an alleyway littered with trash. **Mosquitoes in the room kept me up the entire night.

1. Rooms are very small and with zero ventilation. Which is why the rooms smell very bad 2. Only one towel provided even when we were 2 guests. We had to ask for tea bags and the electric kettle and cups were not clean. 3. Rooms were not even properly dusted Not suggested for female guests at all

Located in a prime area in Siliguri. I stayed here for one night the experience was wonderful. Since I travel in my own car and bike, parking is a big area of concern for me and this property has ample parking space which is rare in Siliguri. The rooms are very well maintained and priced very reasonably. Although they have a nice cafe in the hotel, there are plenty of food options available is the area and also a couple malls in walking distance. This will be my default stay option in Siliguri from now.

Overall Ratings : 3 stars Mittal gardens offers you good rooms at a budget price. I booked the room through Goibibo & found a room for around 1150rs. for one night. The location is close to the petrol pump & the malls. You can also find many restaurant and food shops near this location. Hospital is also very close. The rooms however were good but very closed. You will find good lighting in each room. The washroom was clean, the TV was working & table and chair were provided. I ordered food from the hotel menu, however it took very long time and multiple reminders to the staff, but the taste was fine & price was also not so high. Overall if you are traveling to Sikkim/Darjeeling or while coming back you need a place to stay. You can choose this.

Had a good stay here for 3 nights. The staffs were polite and helpful, room as well as bathroom were clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job in maintaining the cleanliness of the room. The only thing that I did not like was the food. On my 1st order the chef had put too much of salt in it. So the next time I ordered food for my dinner I specifically mentioned less salt but still. And in the rice (same order) I found a piece of plastic which I showed later to one the staff who came in for room service. Except for the food the rooms are good and the staffs are hospitable.

Sorry to say but we had a really bad experience in Mittal Gardens, Siliguri because of following reasons :- 1) The moment we reached the Hotel we came to know that the hotel was preparing for a wedding and there was no parking space. The manager asked us to park the car outside the premises of Hotel and later it was found that the our car was damaged as it was hit by a cow. 2) The hotel manager said that the wedding will be getting over by 10 P.M but after the wedding the hotel management was creating so much of noise that me along with my mother and father (senior citizen) were unable to sleep due to unavoidable noise by the hotel staffs and the wedding people. 3) we were lodged in room no.101 and 103 which is located in the first floor of the building and just below our rooms (ground floor ) they had a big kitchen used for wedding ceremony. In the midnight of 12 PM we were so disturbed by them. We could here lots of noise coming from the dish washers and also the noise coming from utensils. We had a really bad experience in the above said hotel. Shall never recommend such hotel to any of my friends and family. The Hotel should intimate on the online site that there will be wedding ceremonies too by which we could have changed the hotel on time. Very Bad experience that we even didn't get a sound sleep after a hectic road trip journey.

First of all its not a hotel. Its a banquet hall, extra changing rooms are converted to hotel rooms. No ventilation rooms, AC works as per AI. MMP takes 1400rs as per room but direct bookeing will take extra 400-500 bucks. Staff are good and helpful. One more thing "there is no water purifier so u need to buy drinking water everytime".
