The best ladies gym available in town. Working hours are flexible for both the working women and homemakers. The trainers are friendly and always available for personal assistance. They have excellent facilities with lots of space and well maintained equipments. Their hospitality and cleanliness are noteworthy. Overall the best environment for workout.

Personally speaking I had a good experience with Mithra...The coach is really good... very cooperative and make out... our capabilities..
