One of the dependable options for food and sweets. Also best on quality. Reducing a star as their samosas i never found upto the mark, that's a desi dish and it deserves same treatment. Other than that, the pricing is bit on the higher side (quality is fine, but quantity is less), so if the concerned people make it bit more, than it will justify the prices. Anyways again I said, one of the best place for sweets, to dine in with family and friends.

Never order anything online....i got stale and very hard dodha burfi...they mixed fresh and stale sweets in one boxes like we are dumb....this was not expected from this brand...disgusting...now we will never order from you guys...i wish i could give you negetive rating...i have uploaded the picture...in last one...see the difference between rock hard and soft burfi

I ordered from mithas nitikhand 1st..through calling at restaurant..I disappointed many times some time wrong order received, some time long time duration bt I ignored ,i thought let it be it happened. Bt this time it was beyond everything like I got dead fly in sambar,bt I recall and said to recorrect my order.,then they sent me again sambar bt u wouldn't believe time I got a hair in it.. I was so frustrated and returned all food to them ..restaurants didn't fo anything for this blunder...they just took back the food..

Never order on swiggy or any other online delivery platform ! Got stale jalebi ! Soggy and stale jalebi ! Spoke to the manager ,he told will provide a replacement. But later he didn't respond to calls . Really disappointed with the quality and service .

Worst place and pathetic customer service by manager of the store,we were eating food and he closed the shutter at 10.15 pm .. but closing time written on Google is 11 pm And told us to leave ASAP and I was with my entire family there with my 2 old parents and 3 kids and 3 adults we had anniversary party ordered lots of food but the behaviour and customer service they have Provided was pathetic. Only sale boys who Were at sweet counter were very humble and polite with us.

The motichoor laddoos which I bought on Diwali morning was very bad. Didn't looked like made from actual ingredients. It was smelling and tasted very bad. Never thought the reputed sweet shops like mithaas also can serve this of kind of sweets during festivals.

I strongly urge everyone to pay only once you receive your complete order from this restaurant. I was sent only half of the items I ordered, and when I tried to contact them, they wouldn't answer my calls. It seems very suspicious, almost as if they're running a fraudulent operation. Moreover, the items I did receive were not just bad in taste but also seemed stale and had an unpleasant odor. Proceed with caution.

Worst place and zero facilities. Uneducated staff, zero good quality tasteless food, ac not working On the top of chef washing dahi bhalla from handwash basin in a tray with handwash water then RO water in front of me. Ordered tandoori platter and super deluxe thali then cancelled thali as Tandoori platter is very bad. Whoever writing good reviews this means they don't know the taste of food means itself.
