Very good food at affordable cost. Quantity is also very good. Ambiance is very simple. Service is slow sometime. They only accept cash or UPI. Masala kulcha, Kadhai Panner, Fried Rice, Chilli Panner, Butter Nun, Chana Masala, Mixed Veg are the common dishes I order there. They also serve thali in the afternoon, that is also good. Good for organising small party, they provide separate area at no extra cost.

As you can see the name Mitali Family Restaurant, it is truly a family restaurant. In terms of space, it is a quite big place. More than 40 people can sit there at a single time. The interior is very classy and you can breath as it is a spacious place. Full air conditioned and seats are very relaxing. There are two large tables where 8 people can sit together in a single table. It is good for small party too. Now, comes the main part, the food. So, I ordered Laccha Paratha, Butter Naan and Chilli Chicken. The taste of chicken was very good. But I was disappointed with the quality of naan, as they are not that soft as they should be. They were hot but not soft. I think it was heated on microwave. And, the Laccha Paratha was good though. A single piece of paratha can satisfy your hunger. The price of a butter naan was Rs.35, Laccha Paratha was Rs.40 and the Chilli Chicken was Rs. 220. In terms of price, I think it is okay or you can say a little bit low comparing to other restaurants. But also, I can say that there are certain places in Raiganj which offers same quality food at a low price, but the catch is they are street food stalls. You won't get the ambience, but you can get the taste at a cheaper price. The staff service is very good. They are very decent & polite. Although my experience at Mitali Family Restaurant was good and I would like to explore their menu again. Hope you like the review. Thank you.

This newly refurbished restaurant is a great destination for foodies like me. You can get tasty delicious dishes at a low price. Range of items available is great. There is ample space inside with modest decoration. There is enough space for organizing a small birthday party. Service is fast enough. My favourite dish here is of course naan, and chilli chicken. Even this restaurant has collaboration with Swiggy.

We went there to have lunch on our way back to Kolkata from Siliguri. Small restuarant, was nearly empty when we visited on a Sunday afternoon. The menu is more of a North Indian type. They dnt have pure Bengali platter. We ordered paneer butter masala, chana masala and butter naan. The food was good. Hot food was served. They took 15mins in preparation. They have small toilet. It was not very clean. The cistern was not working.

First time food taste/quality was good so went second time after 2 weeks and regretted. Food quality was drastically degraded (felt like previous day cooked) my entire family got sick after eating. Complained manager immediately but overlooked. Same experience heard next week from family of my son's friend. Won't recommend this place for family food.

Good quality food. Really made some good taste. But as it situate in some distance from town basically very less crowded. The atmosphere degrades over time. Found dirty, even cockroaches found here and there. AC quality poor. Just Ok.
