Misty Mountain Resort - Resort hotel in Pallivasal - Idukki, India

Stayed for 2 nights here. Took breakfast & dinner included option and paid approx 12k Pros: 1. Great location. The morning and evening view from this resort was spectacular 2. Friendly staff. Had a warm welcome with a welcome drink and also helped us with the itinerary 3. Some what budget friendly when compared to the other resorts around here 4. Dinner was really good with so many options and they have done a good job in maintaining the taste of all the dishes Cons: 1. The room was way too small. Frankly felt so cramped and suffocated. Sheets were not so clean, dirt and dust everywhere in the room, broken TV clamp and the bathroom was so tiny that when we bathe entire bathroom gets wet 2. Cramped parking. We have to leave the keys at the reception as they have to move a car out to take other one out from it's place. Felt bit uncomfortable to park but hey at least they have parking 3. Breakfast was a joke. Nothing tasted good and the live omelette guy doesn't know how to cook one. Undercooked and broken omelette was given to us. Felt very disappointed as we had to leave starving in both the morning's. Saw a lot of people wasting food cause of poor taste Overall, had a neutral experience and would ask one to decide based on one's own personal preferences

This location is the best to enjoy with there complete care for guest and there services. Our stay at Misty Mountain Resort was the best experience we had.! Thank you for the Misty Mountain Team in making this place and service the best for us during our stay anything from jain food to activities to camp fire was at its best.!

The overall experience was great. We stayed in valley view suite which was very spacious. The location of the hotel is the main attraction. From the room balcony itself you can see the whole tea state. Plus you will experience the fog in evening from hotel so no need to go elsewhere. They have plenty of other activities as well like secret garden trek in morning through the spice garden. The food is also having lot of options nit just the local cuisine but also others as well and also tasty.

Food is very good and it was complimentary as we had booked suite room. Service s good and on time but this s definitely not a resort but a good and decent hotel. Too pricy considering its not a resort... View from the room s awesome. Enjoyed our stay

Excellent place to stay. Everything is good. The Food is tasty. Staff is super nice. The best part is the morning Trek through the jungle and coffee plantation. The Trek guide Mohandas was super nice and helpful.

The hotel is good. Hospitality is also good. They have rooftop pool. Also in evening there is musical night on the terrace. People play music , and dance can be done. View is amazing from terrace. You get a view of tea gardens from that terrace. We had breakfast included in our stay. And it's also good. Only thing is that hotel is situated little outskirts of Munnar.

This place is an amazing affordable stay for a nice vacation with friends, family or couple. And most importantly we met an amazing lady Anju at restaurant service. Her friendly conduct gives very homely feeling. Food is also good. Come have a try. Thanks. :)

Best location with nice view. Do not forget to visit rooftop.... Rooms are ok.. do not take backside garden view room due to noise of kitchen chimney. Complimentary Camp fire, morning guided trekking , other facilities - nice add on. Breakfast options are very limited, not that great.
