Misty Matheran Resorts - Resort hotel in Matheran - Raigad, India

The food here is too good. It had variety every time and was very tasty. The location is near the market and matheran station, so quite convenient. Resort is clean and well maintained. Had open space around to sit with family and good for bigger groups. The couple rooms are good. Washrooms can be more well maintained. Overall a good experience.

The worst hospitality ever. The staff is soo least bothered for giving guests the required solutions. There were only two boys to handle a hotel of around 20 rooms. Those two, completely lost and least bothered. There were bath tubs in the room, but no water to use them. We were completely deceived. And the tub was sooooo dirty!!! You wont feel like entering in. The boy at the reception was so careless and continuously on the phone, and the housekeeping boy was disrespectful, unrthical, and couldn't even arrange for a toothpaste. NEVER EVER DARE TO VISIT THIS PLACE it will definitely ruin your holiday.

We stayed here for 2 nights, wooden Rooms were nice, there was no hot water in given timings, same was informed to staff and they told us to wait for 5-10 min but no resolution, had to take a bath with very cold water. There are only 2 staffs, 1 is little helpful but the other 1 does like he can't hear anything, no professional service from them...you can stay here without food, you have options in the market to have all your meals. Food was so pathetic, dal had no salt, dead insects in plain rice, we had told them about this but the the staff took it lightly.

Misty Matheran should be the most preferable location at this hill station.its in the main market area.room was totally clean .Manger Mr Aakash is very calm and cool guy he helped with most of the things.they have a small garden and sitting area to relax in the evening. Thank you so much Misty Matheran for making my stay wonderful

The ever best place to stay in matheran with family .best room with amenities like wifi,hote water,duplex room good food quality. You may find bit costly if You compare but IF you want the best then Misty resort is the only one undoubtedly. I had stayed for 8 times here......just book it

Worst hotel in matheran , nothing is working , everything is broken , they say there is wifi but there is none , there is no hot water , there is no electricity at night , you have to keep asking them for everything , we bought a jacuzzi room which is a little expensive but nothing here feels like the money was worth .

If there was an option of negative rating, I'd have given minus 100. Dirty place, poor hospitality, and worst housekeeping and reception staff. Ruined our vacation.

There are plenty of hotel available in matheran at the same price of this hotel but with much higher cleanliness and working facilities, nothing here is working as they promissed
