Had a very good stay for 2 days. It's located very near to some of the main IT hubs. The service was excellent. Complimentary breakfast was also provided. Rooms were neat and clean too. Would recommend this place to others.

Rooms are excellent, well maintained, Clean and spacious. Peaceful location but also a walk away from pharmacies and restaurants. Caretake Pravin was very nice and helpful. Overall wonderful stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The room was big, bigger than a 5 star hotel and had a balcony. The location of the hotel is peaceful, have lots of parking. Chemist to general departmental store to good restaurants are at a walking distance. The only issue I personally faced is that the hotel attendants couldn't speak Hindi or English. But nice people. They can widen the choice of breakfast menu as it's included in the room tariff, which is very very nominal and it's better to book directly rather than going through any website as I got a better and hassle free deal. The owner is a nice gentleman and very helpful. If you are looking for a good accommodation on a decent budget in and around Gachbowli/financial district or just want to spend time away from the city.... Highly recommend this place..

Excellent service apartment to stay. The care taker here is very good in nature and very humble.

So beautifully interiored. Homely environment, High speed WiFi, Kitchen facilities and the polite caretaker Mr. Many served us in smiling and welcoming face. Well ventilated rooms and marbel stone floor etc. is very much appreciated. Location of it near misty lake, green view and also spacious varanda is its beauty. I liked my stay and look forward to come if I come to Hyderabad.

Though we stayed for one night only.... still it was a nice experience...the service guy was very nice and well behaved...rooms including the bathroom were very clean ...you can prepare food or you can ask the service guy to bring it....the guest house location is also in a good area where all kinds of food is available in the nearby market...

Excellent view of lake, was having seperate balcony, good for long days stay. Kitchen is available for self cooking and washing Machine also available. Friendly staffs, overall good experience.
