I will rate his -ve coz of bad experience..I had last week...I entered to the shop around 1.30 pm ,my wife recommended . So we both went and ordered fresh juice. We ordered pomegranate juice , they said not available so I ordered tea for me and orange juice for my wife and i added chicken cutlet and burger for my wife. Look of burger was very good...she took a bite and said taste something different...so I just opened the burger buns to see what inside .I found same cutlet inside what I ordered separately...I just called supplier chechi and asked what u call this she said it's burger...i told as per my knowledge this is not burger this is called as wadapav ..i told to inform management..she said she will do...when I went to cash counter the lady at the counter is laughing at me...I got mad told her this not the way u treat customer..and also told the suggestion to change the menu from chicken burger to cutlet burger .. atleast customer will know what they order before it comes to the table...waiter chechi was really better that the cashier..... I don't recommend this to anyone... I wil never visit again

Nice bakery and nice environment.The staffs are polite.The area is also clean.The foods are extremely tasty and also very fresh.I think it's the best bakery in Ottapalam.There are variety of cakes,sweets,flavours and snacks.The bakery has an air condointed room and also a non air conditioned room.Its a very good place fir evening tume snacks and ice creams.The fare is also not that much high.
