All the staff are Good and Pleasant to the patient.....but one Nurse From OT she is really mean n rude to all the patient she doesn't know how to explain and talk to the patient

Very good services, staffs are very cooperative and helpful. Both the Doctors are exceptional....I am very much satisfied.

Worst experience ever. They just need money and nothing else. No good behaviour. The treatment process is also very unprofessional. I will never suggest anyone to go there. And most funniest thing is, even the doctors support their staff if you complain about the staff, instead of making things in a better way doctor covered their mistakes. A girl with a mole who sits to make the MHIS card is very rude. A staff name Brisky Lyngdoh is very rude.

Kindly recharge your phone number printed on the receipt up to date, be specific on your working, check up timing hour etc. So it will be easier to know or call when require.

I ordered for my spects at the day of my eye check up , they told me that i will get it next day evening but when i went on the next day , the clinic was already closed , i went according to the time they told me to come but then also it was closed , they didn't even informed me that they are going to close the clinic . Moreover , i don't know i might be wrong also but the frame i got from there was not the frame i selected and paid for , i think they gave me some different frame , but what's the use now , they will not believe me now , instead i should have been more careful and checked my frame properly at the time of ordering , but i would like to advise everyone that it will be better if you take a picture of the frame you are going to buy so that later if you feel any doubt , you can confirm yourself .

Management system can be improved by issuing serial number or token number on first come first basis.

Would not recommend anyone I know to visit the place. The staff are very ignorant and they charge a hefty price for the checkups and medication.

Doctor is very good and kind but some staffs are so rude....
