Started my physiothearpy session for cervical spondylitis. It was scheduled to be a 20 session and to my surprise my pain was eased within the 20 days. Support from the physiotherapists is amazing and they make you feel very comfortable. Highly recommended

One of six mission health branches. It have both gym and physiotherapy. Gym is timing are 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM. I am doing my workout since last year. Here are some details based on my experience. It is well equipped with machines. There is one activity room, about 4-5 activity of one hours conducting every day, various activities like Steper dance, ABS, Flexibility, Yoga, etc. Trainers are not just trainers, all are physiotherapist doctors, they are dedicated to each member to enhance fitness. Cleanliness is well maintained. They are also doing machinery cleaning and maintenance on monthly basis. Plus, monthly body analysis like Body Fat, protein, minerals, and; Diet & Nutrition consultancy (available only on Friday), both are included in gym package. P.S. some photos are obtained from mission health. I have used it for review purpose.

According to me as a member it a best gym and the staff is very supportive and always ready to help us. I am glad that I choose this centre for my fat to fit journey. I personally recommend all to join this centre for best result and support. Thank you mission health

Im taking treatment for TM joint disfunction and my post operative rehab after 30 days im completely recovered and feeling better than before staff was very genuine and treating dr was also very calm and friendly. So i recommend everyone who need physiotherapy please visit mission health once.
