This beauty parlour is cursed. I went for a haircut and after that my hair has become dull ,damaged and unhealthy and started hair loss . If anyone wants to protect their hair then I suggest you all not to go to this parlour by mistake. My hair was healthy, thick and beautiful before visiting this parlour.

Very disappointed with the service provided,had visited for waxing but the service provided was so poor that within a week my hairs have regrown, plus she didn't even dry my skin before applying the wax & when I showed her the spots she mixed,she was list bothered just handed me the moisturiser to apply, so unprofessional. Never ever visiting it again.

Not very happy with the service. There is a long wait time. I would advice to book an appointment beforehand. Dissatisfied with customer handling. They seemed to be in a hurry, made me really for half an hr and was done cutting my hair in 10mins. Didn't quite like the outcome too. Might be popular in Jalpaiguri but it will be better if they improve their service.

It's one of the oldest beauty parlour in Jalpaiguri. It's the best parlour in jalpaiguri. The stuffs are amazing. And the Owner Tuki di oswam.. every time in this parlour is a great experience..

The place is good. I used to go there when I stayed in Jalpaiguri. Now they have reinvented the place completely. I did hair spa before but not get good results now. I thought the quality of the staff has ben detoriated.
