The salon is run by the management of Mirchi and mime, Madeira and mime. They employ some people who are hearing and speech impaired. My husband and I have availed several different services - haircuts, pedicures, hair spa etc. Everything has been brilliant. They have some fab offers going on too. You can become a member and get 20% off. M&M is brand new and all their equipment and products are top notch.

Few months back I took two simultaneous gel paint application from them. My nail hasn't recovered since. I assumed the problem is just with the nail bar. I repeated a hair spa today. While the spa procedure was fine, hair has been blow dried flat. The stylist is too cocky to blow dry the hair himself. He gives the task to the person who washes the hair/ does hair spa. Either both of them are non professionals or the stylist knows nothing because hair has been dried flat. The manager's only job is to sit at the counter and not even see how the services are being delivered and at the end wonder with the customer that he is sorry that there has been a miscommunication between his staff. I used to like the fact that the staff keeps quiet and doesn't upsell products. But, that doesn't make up for this kind of service. I am never coming back to this place again

Mirror & Mime is my go to place for any beauty related services. The service is top notch always, the products used are great for people with sensitive skin and the staff ans ambience is excellent! Their rates are also very competitive! Special mention for Kavita, who gives the best pedicure ever, and all with her endearing smile. Soni is another one of my favourites - the effort she puts in any job she is given is simply commendable! This place is extra special because they provide equal employment opportunities to different abled personnel - they have speech and hearing impaired employees. In a place with almost 5 more parlours within 50 meters distance, Mirror & Mime continues to be my choice.

I went for a hair spa and hair cut. While the hair spa was good, they honestly don't know what to do with curly hair. The person cutting my hair dried out my hair and styled it for it to look like a frizzy ball. He also kept insisting that that was how my natural hair was. It took someone else to intervene and restyle my hair. But now it's all sticky and now how I wanted it. Don't think will come back here for anything to do with my hair at least.

I tried booking this salon on the app LUZO. Firstly, my booking would not get confirmed and I had to call the salon. The salon said it is the App that will confirm the booking, we can't do anything. Then on the day of the booking, my appointment was cancelled. When I called the salon again, they said we have no idea why it got cancelled and it was quite an arrogant answer. Then I saw on the app that this salon was not accepting any appointments off the app, the person on the phone could have simply said that. I have not even visited the salon and they left a bad impression on me. I am not going there because of their arrogance and inability to help.

The services are great and professionals have eye for details. More importantly, 50% of the total staff are differently abled. Speak to Hussian (manager) of the saloon and he passionate about employing of differently able professionals in the saloon. The team blends well and you don't have to struggle for getting your requirement across the table.
