I visited this hospital for general fever but their doctor are treating like something high level. As per my knowledge with one or two injections, i may recover, instead of doing this they give two saline for this one or two hours bed charges are 500/-. Worts experience
I visited this hospital for an x-ray on an emergency. You won't get the report until 3days. This happened to me twice since i had no other option because of the time of visit. There will be no proper radiologist. No people in reception. All the lady staff will be either chit chatting or over cat fights. Least concern for the patients visiting the hospital.
I am 68 years old. I underwent 2 surgeries in this Hospital (1) Hernia & (2) multiple Piles very recently. I experienced that, (1) The owner Doctors Dr Bimal Jee & Dr Avnit Jee are of fatherly and motherly nature and treat patients as they treat themselves. (2) The surgeon they engaged is passionate, friendly, and very careful in doing surgery gently so that the patient does not feel more pain due to avoidable rough handling later after anesthesia leaves. (3) Sterilization, atmosphere are excellent and there are no after effects or defects of surgery. They also prescribe reasonably priced medicines. (4) The duty doctors, nursing staff, reception & office staff, aayas are truly service oriented and I felt homely, safe and comfortable in their hands. (5) There is no fee-hike unlike in many Corporate Hospitals. Whether you pay cash or on medical insurance, the charges are reasonable & inward-stay is at minimum level unless a patient wishes to stay a day or more for his own comfort. (6) All-in-all, at my ripened age, maturity, experience and broader understanding, I found this MIRRA HOSPITAL is the best one in all respects. Doctor Bimal is really disrespectful. When asked him a counter question regarding a surgery he was suggesting he said neither I have brains nor he has time to explain it to me in detail. How can I go and get myself operated without even knowing it completely. Nurses are also very rude. They don't have basic respect for people. Please don't go there, there are many options available, little on the higher side but will be better for your self-respect.
Dr Dipti Koradia - best gynaecologist doctor...she is kind, very well spoken and understands the situation very well.. Staff is also very cooperative and understanding.
The behaviour of the staff is very bad. They are looking every possible way to extract money from the patient. Doctors does not seems patient friendly. He is busy in personal chat and making patients wait.
Patients are asked to remove their footwear outside the hospital. But their doctors and staff are free to wear the footwear and roam in and out of the hospital. They also don't allow scarf to be worn while meeting the doctor. Stupid rules.
