Behaviour of OT staff is very rude, especially mrs. Rima, actually she doesn't know how to talk to patients and their attendants. Otherwise, the clinic is great.
On recommendations I am regular visitor for last one year.Satisfied with the services .
But experience of yesterday put me unsatisfied with keeping me waiting for more than half an hour without Any reasons .I feel that I have been kept m waiting only BECAUSE OF some misunderstanding by the Doctor ,who first put my file dumped for more than 20 minutes and then my insistence,tHe startd checkup with remarks.
More over After check up by the Helper regarding dilation, Doctor checked my eyes.LLEADING TO DELAY WIYHOUT ANY REASON.Surjit Singh

Staff was courteous and helpful. Doctors explained the process in detail patiently. Being wheelchair bound, the patient suggests better access in opd area which is congested at peak hours. Also post surgery check up can be conducted in upper areas rather than along with regular opd patients. Overall a satisfactory experience.
