Visited in July 2023 Good staff, great location, clean rooms, quick service, food quality as well as quantity is decent for the price paid. Car parking is available but they have narrow approach entrance so it may be difficult to locate the hotel entrance. Even the distance between parking and the actual property is bit more so old age people may get tired.
I've been here thrice already over the past few years. The location is just perfect, with valley facing rooms and restaurant. They serve only veg food, but have a good variety and worth the price. Service from everyone working there is with a big smile and you are well taken care off. They don't have activities like other hotels do, but then it's perfect for people like me who don't look for activities and prefer a peaceful stay. It's a great place to stay for families, friends, couples or couple's with kids. The cheese factory, table land, map to etc are all within 15 mins distance by car. Highly recommend by me!!
Worth it.. all rooms has beautiful valley view.. service was excellent. Nd special mention to the food. Quality was excellent.. It was perfect. Quick service from restaurant people. Had booked for 4 nights here. Due to last minute booking costed bit higher than normal price but must say worth all money spent.

Had booked a Miraya High room...the staff was very courteous,rooms were near and tidy with 24 hours hot water available. The room had a spectacular view and if you're an early riser u can see the sun rise from d room itself..(no need to go to any sunrise point) Kindly note there is no balcony in this room but u will get a good view of the valley as the room has big french windows. The only drawback about this room was that the room situated below us has a patio..the people who had booked the room below us were partying on the patio n kept on staring into our room...As I had taken this room for the view the curtains to my room was open and it was quite irritating that these guys would keep on staring at me whenever I felt the need to stand at the window and enjoy the view..

It's a great place to stay. We enjoyed our stay. The room was awesome with beautiful view. Hospitality of the staff was also appreciable. The food is also nice. They had good options for breakfast. It's well located. Parsi Point, Bhilar Waterfall Point are at walking distances. We liked and enjoyed our cozy stay at this place.
Cons: There is no elevator, very difficult for aged people. Balcony rooms are two sets of stairs down. Check in time is too late, I was there at 12:30 pm, but room was not ready till 13:00 pm. I booked the room few days prior. Avoid taking meal plan as they provide fixed meals, cannot order from the menu. Breakfast service is not good, they won't take order till 8:30 am. So better to opt out of meal plan. There are many eateries within walking distance. Pros : Rooms are clean and well maintained. Spacious bathroom and toilet. Rooms have great views, rooms with balcony offer spacious outdoor seating. Vegetarian cafe serves tasty food, room service is very good. Large menu to choose from.
