Please don't visit this clinic, no issue with Doctor but receptionist Rinku got furious, remain arrogant and repeatedly misbehaved for calling her at late evening. We got her number from Charnock hospital on advice of Dr Banerjee for appointment in Mira's clinic. Why I called her in personal number that was the reason for misbehaviour. She would have told me that this is my personal number please call in official number. How come we are responsible for getting her personal number when she shared with every body at charnock??? Lately we decided not to visit a place with substandard staff.

First of all, I have nothing but respect for the doctor.He is very generous,kind and polite. But the receptionist is arrogant, misbehaving and she has no sympathy for the patients at all. I had booked for consultation 14 days prior to the date and on the consultation day when I reached there, she just casually informed me that the doctor won't be available for that day and she 'supposedly' called my number the day before. And that was a lie and she could not even show my number on her mobile. My humble request to Dr. Dibyendu Banerjee is that kindly change the staff over there.They are hampering your good reputation.

Get a very bad experience from receptionist. Bad behavior bad attutute . They r not competent for this place. They r need terminate as early as soon. No doubt Doctor is the best doctor. But receptionist 3rd class cetagory .

Pathetic experience. Total wastage of time. They made me wait 2 weeks for an appointment and then after 2 weeks, I got to know that the appointment date has been cancelled and to reschedule another appointment, I need to wait for another 2 weeks. So if anybody wants to visit a Doctor in this pathetic clinic,they need to be mentally prepared for a waiting period of min 2 weeks to 1 month. P. S. - I have heard great reviews for the Doctor but I definitely believe the lady receptionist is ruining the image with her services and behaviour .

Dr. Dibyendu Bannerjee's clinic is not only spic and span but also very organized. The behavior of the staff was good. The place is easily locatable.

I never see God in my life but certainly I like to say that Dr. Banarjee is a real God. Very frank and very good behaviour very polite and very quick and he identified my issue very quickly and the environment is also good the staffs are very helpful.

Dr Dibyendu Banerjee is a gift of God to his patients. like him very much.

Receptionist is worst, she is always busy to watch tv. Should be changed at the earliest. Harassment for patient.
