Miramar Residency - GTDC - Bed & breakfast in Panaji - North Goa, India

I stayed here for 4 days. The rooms are just basic. The AC and fan was not working properly. There is no cleaning facility. The soiled plates put by the earlier guest who stayed in the room was still staying there when we reached the room. And it stayed there till we left. We also kept some used plates in front of the room and it was never removed. The advantage of this place is the location and spacious compound (since it is govt property). It is right in the centre of Miramar junction and adjacent to Miramar beach. There is lot of space for parking. The food court inside the compound is also good. But there is no cleanliness in the wash rooms. Couples & family can try for better options I would suggest. For bachelors this might be more good.

I stayed here for 6 days. The rooms are neet and clean. The AC was working properly. It is right in the centre of Miramar junction and adjacent to Miramar beach. There is lot of space for parking and lush green garden.

At one time Goa tourism hotels were great. But it has also fallen to its lowest. Place is shabby with no maintenance at all. Apparently, the indifference of government of Goa towards its own properties speaks.

Worst experience!! Poor room service, the bed is smelly, charging port is also not working properly, had to deal with two power cuts in a single day, no coffee sachets, dirty jars and glasses....very poor service and management. Not worth it IF VISITING GOA, CALANGUTE RESIDENCY IS WORTH IT!

Great location...nice rooms and really very affordable but service sucks...staff is not cooperative...they even not provide anyone to carry my luggage while I was leaving...

Best place to stay, neat n clean rooms, very cooperative staff and good food. Very near to beach .

The hotel rooms badly maintained. A/C doesn't work. The balcony doors are not safely locked, water clogs after 2 people take bath.. no room service for 4 days stay.
