So , my mother is admitted here.. It's like an good experience here. Staff and nurses are too good and amazing. The doctors are doing best. Time to time they are coming and doing check ups of my mom. If we talk about hygiene so I gonna give 10/10 marks because they are clear and smells good. Then about food services they are also very . You can say the chef to make your favourite dish and they will make it. It is very delicious.

I would give infact negative rating to the management.did not get a chance to meet doctor. I had booked an appointment for Dr rakesh mishra two days prior for 27th October and receptionist had confirmed it. on 27th when I enquired about doctor I have been told doctor is not available. 1. hospital management did not inform me about this until I gave them a call. 2. I do not live in bhopal and have travelled to this city from 150 km away with my two new born infants.it takes a lot of energy and resources. but hospital management is so insensitive to update me about doctor's unavailability. 3. I really doubt having this kind of management and behavior how would they do take care of tiny babies in nicu.

Very very very expensive and staff is not active at all after doctor given some instructions they are not following patient need to follow up them. Deluxe room charges like 3 star hotel but facilities are worst no dustbin provided in room we need to follow up with them multiple time this hospital is around 50-70% expensive , I was trapped because I had no option due to emergency

My both Children were admitted due high fever, My opinion its the best hospital in bhopal for children medical quick dignossis of issue and immediate treatment that my experience is with the hospital Caring and supporting duty doctor nursing staff and other people Specially say thanks to Mishra Sir his experience is at par his diagnosis and medicine help my children in faster recovery

Very poor administration ,bad behaviour of staff and duty doctor Also they are very irresponsible towards patient I have taken my child for consultation he just have womiting issue alongwith minor fever But due to poor administration and arrogant behaviour badly suffer whole day They are hiding test reports,not allowing to consult with Mishra sir only duty doctor and nursing staff attending whole day During settlement final amount charged without any medicine (all medicines are procured by me only)around 7500 (for which don't know) other than this more than 5000 rs test conducted and other medicines are around 3-4000 They are taking almost two days for preparing discharge paper and due to this they are denying to give patient file and test reports

Very worst experience in my Life. They're always ready to increase your bill. Management playing only fear games and they are not ready to disclose patient file also. Generated unnecessary Bill's. If you want discharge but hospital need to admit than they are putting unwanted injection also in your child and creating very serious situation. If you want good treatment so near by dullar hospital was a better option.

Best hospital for children , supporting and caring staff, experienced medical team.

This hospital is well and services are good but this hospital madicine are very costly and some sanitation facilities is required because toilets are not cleaned properly and icu is full with mosquito.
