I recently had the opportunity to dine at Miracle Seafood restaurant, and I must say that my experience left much to be desired. From the chilled food to the lack of pricing transparency, there were several aspects that fell short of my expectations. First and foremost, the food served at Miracle Seafood restaurant was noticeably chilled. It was evident that the dishes had been prepared in advance and left to cool for an extended period. I tried their Fish Polichadhu, and unfortunately, it was very oily and sticky. The curries were served in mud pots, which added to the problem as they retained the cold temperature, making the dining experience less enjoyable. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the service staff, no courtesy was offered to replace the cold curry. This lack of response was disappointing and gave the impression of poor hygiene, as it seemed like the pots were not changed even after a customer had already consumed from them. Additionally, the lack of pricing information for the food items was a significant drawback. Nowhere in the restaurant were the prices displayed, which made it difficult for customers, especially those on a budget, to make informed decisions. This lack of transparency regarding pricing is an aspect that should be improved to ensure customers have a comfortable dining experience. Moreover, the choice of plastic fiber glasses and water pots was concerning. Plastic containers are not ideal for serving water as they may not be safe for long-term use. Considering the increasing awareness of environmental concerns and the adverse effects of plastic, it would be preferable for the restaurant to switch to more sustainable alternatives. On a positive note, I must acknowledge that the owner, who was also the cashier, apologized when I brought up the issue of cold food. However, the overall lack of training among the staff was apparent. While some employees were pleasant, it was evident that they lacked the necessary training to provide a professional restaurant service. Miracle Seafood restaurant seems to attract customers primarily due to its extensive advertisement board placements along the roadside. Many people, including myself, visit with high expectations, only to be disappointed by the chilled food and other shortcomings. It is important for the management to take customer feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to enhance the dining experience. In conclusion, my experience at Miracle Seafood restaurant was far from satisfactory. The cold and oily food, lack of pricing transparency, use of plastic fiber containers, and the inadequately trained staff were all factors that contributed to my disappointment. It is my hope that the restaurant addresses these issues promptly to provide a better experience for its customers.

Loved this place. Lovely old building with character and charm. Area were neat and clean. Great food, Reasonable price. Highly recommended

All can experience a good and tasty lunch all day and after it we can enjoy with some Nature vibes in the gardens too... Working all day for lunch time 11.30am to 4.00pm

Nice parking available and restaurant was average with a small fish pool in the middle Service slightly below average. No bad experience but all staff were not with pleasant face. But was disappointed totally with food, We ordered 1 chicken biriyani it has pineapple cake flavor and is not dhum. It's like ghee rice on top of chicken curry Then we ordered 2 meals, all curries were flavor less. Next was squid masala, my 9 year old son commented that it was like rubber ring. Next one was chempally fry, it was the only item which was pretty decent.

This restaurant is absolutely cheating people. I had an incident today that I went to this restaurant to get parcel. After getting the parcel I was shocked to see the quantity they provide. The 100rs kera fish curry looks like a pickle packet, the same goes to the Beef roast also. I asked them ,they said this is the quantity they used to give. So I thought off sharing this with people, do not get cheated here better go to other restaurants on the way.

Totally disappointed with the quantity of the curry, it is not sufficient even for one parson. Keep this in mind before you buy something from here.

Food and ambience is good But Price kooduthal aanu....
