Mio Amore The Cake Shop - Cake shop in Siliguri, Bagdogra - , India

Cake was good but behaviour of the staff was rude with customers. Not even a tissue paper with the pastry & patties

I love mio amore franchise but the staff of this particular branch bagdogra is not customer friendly... They are inattentive as to what the customers have to say and seems super lazy and have rude behaviour.

Like any Mio Amore shops , products are expensive than regular bakeries so if you don't mind then you can go to that shops. No place to sit and eat ,very compact place .

Most of the food items are fresh and good. I love their cakes...... Mio amore should have bigger shops their shops are mainly conjusted. But I love their cakes .

Discusting shop the staff ....i asked for veg pizza they packed non veg my mother she is vegeterian she eat it .....carless staff and owner wen i call in the shop they said galti hogaya sorry ....discusting behaviour very bad system in this rubbish shop ......sirf dukan khol ke mat raho kamm karo dhyan say tum log ka baje say koi appna niyam dharam barbad krna para tum log ko bhagwan hisab karega.....rascal

Me and my son went for buying pastry and the ir behaviour was not appreciable.worst customer service I have ever seen yet.

3rd class behavior from staff. They don't know how to treat customers....

their cleaning not finished till 11 n when I said it's emergency...I have to board train said no cleaning is not done nothing can be do...worst hospitality
