Average type, need some improvement, cakes are hard may be due to refrigeration, bread items are of average type, now a days these items are very popular among all, so the shop is running smoothly, but in comparison to all other related outlets of different franchise, it's preparation is quite well and people have accepted these, tastes have changed and now we have to decide and give feedback for improvement.

They having many outlets in kolkata and its suburbs, expanding day by day their versatility has also grown a lot. They make customized cakes and provide customer friendly service. According to the bengal themes of festivals they keep up the challenge and showcase their talents in their food. The pattices and pizzas are also quite good.

Very poor quality of cake (egg less). Felt like cutting a rock hard cake. With more of sugar coated icing rather than cake that too for 400 rs. Had the worst ever cake to taste.
