I visited your branch at Ghola, Panihati, Sodepur today. Ordered one red velvet pastry. The pastry was rock solid and super dry. On enquiry they told me it is being delivered like this only. Moreover, they refused bill too against purchase. Please make enquiry in this regard as your company name is involved and it is being maligned by these people.

Hi I am Chandrima Barman Saturday 2nd September I brought a cake from Mio Amore Ghola Bustand and it totally rotten it was Butterscot kesar pista 1 kg costs me Rs 800 and tasted so bad so everyone plz be careful when you purchasing the cake as no manufacturing date is mentioned there the staff has no idea about it.

No bill is given to the customer.I felt deceived buying a cake worth Rs. 400/- and not getting a bill.

I rarely get fresh food. On 5th Oct morning I bought A birthday cake that had too much coloring which made the cream very bitter. They never give bill on their own, once asked they will give handwritten bill. Being such a renowned shop they still don't render computer generated bill. I hope they grow better in administration and management.

When i got inside the Store during ordering my mask was properly worn by me still one of the sraff told to wear the mask properly. And after that i asked that man did you got the vaccine he told yes but did not gave any prove and i shamlessly asked many times but he refused to show the prove Though the owner was disgusting he had argument with me without any base of speech Very bad experinced today

They don't know how to behave with customer. Worst behavior. Quality also very bad. I bought 1paneer tikka roll....after open the packet pungent smell came out from bread and paneer.... Behavior is so much bad.

Worst behaviour, 11th November I am visited there to making an order for eggless chocolate birthday cake which was required on 12th November, on that time they told me that there is no requirement to order before, but when I was gone there to purchase, it was not available. That time they told me you want something special, you have to order it before.
