Very very disappointed behavior.. We are not beggar or not demanding food without money.. We are buying it. So behave yourself stuffs

Everything is good except the behavior of the staffs in recent times.. especially the guy in the cash counter. His behavior is exceptionally rude. Oneday, I packed some cakes and pastries, he forgot to add spoons in there. After noticing that, I again went there, surprisingly he showed no sign of contrition not even a single sorry. In addition to that, he only gave me a single spoon, where as there were food for atleast 3. When I asked, he refused. The reputation of this good food shop is being hampered by these type of people. I repeat, I have no objection about the food. Thank you.
Bad behaviour with customer and lack of attention for customer order. Not enough product is available here.
Quality is good and enough options are available. Update: Staff behaviour really seems to be an issue here. I know it's not fair to judge somebody too soon but the way they speak and deal with their customers is not appropriate. Often a smile or a few kind words do the magic but these guys lack it badly at this point.
