Mintokling Guest House & Hotel in Gangtok - Guest house in Gangtok - East District, India

I went to Gangtok with my entire family for 4-5 days. We took 3 rooms at Mintokling. All the rooms had a fantastic view of the lawn. The have a beautiful entrance leading down to the guest house. The path way is lined with lovely plants. It gives to the feeling of being in a jungle retreat in the heart of the city. The owners have maintained a beautiful garden with seasonal flowers. On a clear day one can see the mountain peaks from the garden. The rooms are simple and neat clean. The service was very good and prompt. The staff is extremely warm and welcoming. An additional bonus is that even Zomato delivers to this location. It is just a 10 minute walk from the main market. You easily get cabs from here. The only thing to keep in mind in case you are traveling with elderly people is that one has to walk about 15 odd steps from the entrance to the rooms. The kitchen of the guest house was not fully functional during our stay so we mostly ate out. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again.

I had an incredible stay at Mintokling Guest House in Sikkim. The location is breathtaking, nestled amidst the serene mountains with stunning views all around. The staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The food served was not only delicious but also showcased the local flavors of Sikkim. I would highly recommend Mintokling Guest House to anyone looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating, and authentic Sikkimese experience. I can't wait to return!

The best hotel I've stayed so far The staff were very kind and helpful they didn't treat us like a tourist they were friendly with us which made us more comfortable. The Manager Mr. Pranay was very sweet and kind the property location is just best in the middle of jungle so its quiet and peaceful rooms are clean and good the view from the rooms are worth. I hope and wish to stay there again whenever I'll visit sikkim

Had a lovely experience at this property managed by Ourguest Travels. Located at a perfect area , this property while being near the main market is still sheltered and private. Our group of friends had a private party there and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. A Special mention to Mr Sahil and Mr Dawa for making sure everything was picture perfect and exactly how we wanted . A great place to organise small private events ,will definitely be visiting them again soon!!

Excelent stay in the hotel. Beautifully furnished room with nice view to the mountains - Kangchenjunga - and comfortable bed. Very friendly and very helpful staff, they provided us with all the necessary information and were very nice. Breakfast was very good. Good location, everything is in walking distance.

Must staycation at Gangtok! The guest service was very great. We had an early morning schedule but the staff managed to prepare delicious breakfast. The staffs were very warm, cooperative and welcoming. Interior was aesthetically pleasing.

Location wise: the guest house is situated in Gangtok yet when you stay out there, the environment out there is so peaceful, The hospitality is awesome out there, I stayed there during my show in Gangtok for 5 days and 6 nights, the Manager, Mr.Pramod, or given my stay out there which felt like home , I would rather say Pramod Da and his family never made me felt like I was a guest, They made me feel like we knew each other for a very long time , made my stay comfortable out there !! I would strongly suggest you stay out there whenever u visit Gangtok, It is so different from other guest house, Location wise, hospitality wise, the environment surrounding wise.
