One of the worst hotel and I would never recommended this hotel. Below are my feedback. Don't book from any of the website bcz they don't accept it. And they will over charge you at the time of check-in Room are dirty and shady Kitchen is available but food is not available Breakfast only paratha and bread omlette As per my feeling the tarrif is 1000 or less it should be There hotel names display as grand olive but no contact details
The rooms are good for the price you pay. There is no signboard in front of the hotel so it will be difficult to find it. The hotel actually looks like a house. The service is the DOWNSIDE. The receptionist will not be at the reception for the most time. You'll have to find your way to reception as well. Do not use the LIFTS. They are broken and u can get stuck. The staff is rude and overall the whole service is pathetic. So if you want to go just for the room, u can buy if you would require service, it's pretty nasty.
Badest "Hotel" I've ever visited it is completely dirty, with mold everywhere and the shower wasn't working. You can not call this building a hotel, it is more of a ruin.
Very poor place. Pics look all classy and room looks good but actual story starts when u are there to stay. No board outside to let any person know that this is a hotel. We booked this place after seeing great reviews online. But sadly all are fake. Problems we faced : Ac were not working in rooms. Bathroom fittings gave electric shock to our family members. Customer service was very slow . Even after multiple requests no one was there to provide room service and clean the rooms. Overall we had very poor experience.
The hotel is quite affordable and has good access to office locations. The rooms are cleanse and the staff is very courteous. The food served is amazing. Moreover, you can get food customised as per your requirements. Had a good experience here:)
ZERO Stars is the rating. A client booked it as a good hotel because GoIbibo rated it 4/5 . Is GoIbibo selling ratings? It's a dharamshala masquerading as a hotel The complimentary Breakfast is a joke. Makes you feel like you are eating in a free langar. Just plain paratha in pre used oil, a watery stew of potatoes, no tissues, no place to wash hands - Enjoy being a begger. Bathrooms: Economy is the operative word. Just one operating handle for both the wash basin and bathroom mixer. You are advised to remove the handle from the wash basin and use the same on the bathroom mixer. No tissues anywhere in the hotel. Water pressure in toilet spray can not dislodge a mosquito from from your balls forget washing your bum. Enjoy. No 24hr coffee shop. Practically No Service. You must demand fresh linen else they are happy if you sleep in the same sheets in which someone has enjoyed his bliss Overall it's an eye opening experience.
First thing .. this hotel is on main road and if you follow your maps then please look for A-12. I stayed at this hotel for couple of days it's quiet and good hotel. Staff is very nice and does exactly what you paid. Breakfast service is in room and reception at hotel tries to accomdate whatever you wish for.(clean) Parking is outside the hotel it's safe..
Hotel Staff is very polite and helpful. Bathroom is too dark, not enough light. No doormat at the entrance and at bathroom.
