We came for delivery for mint hospital. Hospital ambience was good. Dr. Aishwarya madam was very supportive till our pregnancy journey and in labour and post labour also and special care for mother.We blessed with baby girl. Nursing staffs and pedestrian mam DR.VASUKI mam with great support and care for baby and mother. Friendly staffs and They helped for Insurance coverage also. Easy accessible and friendly management and staff la and doctors. I recommend this mint hospital for with affordable cost.

Thank you and we appreciate Mint hospitals. Dr.Sadhana Sridhar is great in guiding about parenting and unique in taking care of patients. Appreciate her extraordinary efforts and extended support at the needy times. Indeed a immense pleasure and zero intolerance. The entire hospital stay was pleasant and the hospitality by each staff (pharmacy, housekeeping), nurses during the day shift was out of the box and caring. The Insurance SPOCs are very much approachable and they clarified all the doubts by sitting next to us, based on their availability. They have guided about the post discharge steps to do and instructed humbly to make call to Mint hospital office for any Q & A in the future. Overall feel great to get treated at Mint hospitals.

He is a dedicated Doctors Dr.Senthil Kumar ortho,Dr.Naresh Ortho, Dr.Balasubramaniyan plastics surgery. He operated hand bone fracture . My brother perfectly fine now. Our trust has been building up since then. The way he talks is half of the cure for your problem. She is very caring of nurse. Reception and Pharmacy They did all the help immediately when we asked for it. Totally he will take care as a family member. Thanks all

Best hospital for Maternity care. Dr Aishwarya from Aval Women Care recommended Mint Hospital for my delivery. Dr Aiswarya was really supportive and caring from the beginning of my pregnancy, till my delivery and even post delivery. She is really like a mother for all her patients. Mint hospital has a pretty decent facility and the staffs here are really supportive and caring. Everyone takes utmost care of every patient. I never felt like I was admitted in a hospital and felt more like being at home only. The staffs and nurses over here made me feel very comfortable during maternity period. I had a C section and never felt any discomfort as the staffs here helped to recover faster. Their timely support and care makes this hospital a special one. A special mention to Ms. Selvi in the reception who took care of the Medical Insurance process and helped us out with the cashless insurance process smoothly. We did not find any difficulties and thanks to Selvi. You are a gem. Another special mention to Nurse Nandini in the 3rd floor (where I stayed) She is a really caring person and took care of me and my girl baby with so much love and care. Hatsoff to you Nandini. Thank you Mint Hospital and team for making my maternity/delivery a smooth one.

Recently my wife undergone a surgery in Mint Hospital and impressed with the hospitalities and Insurance support. 1.) Cashless claim Insurance. Representative from Mint Hospital was awesome and made it easy for us in payments. 2.) Plastic Surgeon: Dr.Balasundar. He is cool as cucumber and it is cake walk for him to handle the patients. 3.) The Staff nurses/Sisters. Made sure our comfort zone and hospitality was appreciatable. Overall a nice hospital to visit for hassle-free experience and environment.

I would have given 5 stars but please go through the last point of this review that is the reason behind 4 stars. I'm 26. Got admitted here on Friday and discharged on Wednesday. Treatment provided - Appendix surgery. The initial plan was to discharge in a day or two after surgery. But the surgery had some complications and hence I needed more recovery time. Pros: 1. (Surgery) Dr.Vinoth ensured that my recovery was gradual and smooth. He was very professional and suggested the necessary steps for recovery. 2.( 10 /10 nursing care) I had to stay here for 5 days and the best thing about Mint Hospitals is the nursing care team that they have. Nijam sister, Abi sister, Gowri sister and Prema sister took wonderful care of me during my stay. They were all very kind and attended to me immediately whenever I needed attention. I don't know how to thank them for the service that they did. Wishing the best for these kind souls :) 3. (Room facility) I was in a single AC room and it was not a deluxe luxurious room but it had the facilities that were needed for a comfortable stay. The window didn't have a screen but we forgot to ask for it. If you come here, please ask for a screen as the window is quite bright. Periodic and systematic cleaning was done and it was good. 4. (Cashless insurance)85% of my bill was covered by my insurer and we paid the rest. Cons: 1. (Final bill summary) I didn't get a final bill summary from the reception. Yes, we opted for cashless and the majority was covered by insurance. But, usually hospitals show what was covered and what was not covered by the insurance. So, I received treatment and I never got to know the break up in terms of money. This is unfair and I'm not very satisfied with this alone.
