I've been gymming here since April 2023, and I've got to say that the experience has been exceptional. Minnat Gym is well-sized, well-equipped, and well-maintained. I'm taking personal training and I am very happy with the training I am receiving. A big Thank you to Huda Mam for giving me a great transform. Will definitely recommend Minnat Gym as a great place to work out. N will surely recommend Huda Mam for personal training as she is well experienced.

I joined 2 months before I had a PCOD issue was finding difficulty to lose weight and now I loss 10kg in 2 months . It was very difficult for me to get periods on time. But after joining here now I'm getting my periods on time and I also cure my PCOD. Here we have many different types of excercise and the floor is best which includes zumba, aerobic, weight training, yoga, crossfit and many more different excercise which gives u enjoyment and also good results. Also they had given me diet plan bcoz of that it was easy for me to loose this much weight. And I want to thank our trainers sumaiyya ma'am huda ma'am . I joined this gym 3 months earlier .my goal was to gain muscles and lose fat and get in shape and increase my strength and yes I achieved the best shape of my body gain confidence increased my strength and muscle .and it helped me to strengthen my spine as my posture was really bad I had a disc issue too .best floor ever with variations of exercises .my coaches helped to make it happen special thanks to huda maam and sumaiya maam for guidance and support through the diet and the workout too highly recommend for strength training and weight loss In whole over mumbra

Best gym in Mumbra, I have completed 2 months here and have seen amazing results, best trainers, equipments, have satisfied with my workouts sessions.

The gym is very nice and trainers are also very friendly and nice . and I have taken pt sessions of kickboxing it builded my confidence and strength .they are really professional in terms of training and explaining the forms correctly . Sumaiya ma'am helped me to increase my flexibility .huda ma'am burpees are really effective:) and environment of the gym is very good and the training they give is also very effective so if you want to lose weight I would suggest the best place to see the weight loss results in whole Mumbra
