Miniya Turk is a hidden gem on the most happening Veera Desai Road- Andheri West. A must visit place for a genuine Turkish food experience that you will cherish for long. Walk in and you are greeted by cyan interiors, vibrant brick walls, hanging lamps, carved ceilings, beautiful chandeliers and multiple artifacts that will transpose you to Ottoman Caliphate era. After taking in the ambiance we settling down to pamper ourselves with some scrumptious food. The menu was amazingly expansive and we were spoilt of choices. After much hemming and hawing, with the support of Mr. Richard, we ordered some of their best dishes. All the dishes we tried were the masterpieces in terms of flavor, texture, presentation and taste. We tried: Dates Colada Karpuz Cooler Turkish Chickpea & Lentil Soup Ras-Al Hanout Spiced Prawns Turkish Lamb chops Persian Mutton keema Lamb Koobideh Baklava No meal is complete without a dessert and for me Baklava is the perfect dessert. A culinary Turkish feast is incomplete without Baklava. It added another facet to the culinary hidden gem restaurant. A must visit place to enjoy the traditional trademark Turkish dishes in dreamy ambience with great hospitality.

Small Turkish cuisine restaurant in the bylanes of Veera Desai Road. One would need to put the location on a map to find this place. The ambience was cozy and aesthetically pleasing. The food was fresh, with special mention of the breads, which were soft and delicious. Cocktails were amazing. Courteous staff and good service make this a good place to visit with friends and family where you can very comfortably enjoy the food and conversations.

Miniyaturk is an excellent and a hidden gem fine dinning restaurant at Veera desai road, Andheri west lined up with many other good restauarants in the same area. This place serves authentic and delicious delicacies of middle eastern food cusines like turkish and lebanese .... Amazing Arabic flavours under one roof. They also serve delectable Mexican and Pan Asian delicacies too. The Drink and food menu is crafted to its perfection by selecting most signature delicacies of mediterreanian drinks, food and desserts. The place is spacious and the ambience is looking lovely, cozy, enchanting with decors, interiors, lightings and music ... A perfect arabic theme created. Coming to the drinks and food had here ... Drinks # Three two Tango # Karfooz cooler Both the mocktails were refreshing and flavourful. Food #Mezze Platter - varities of delicious delicious hummus served with pita bread and falafal was perfect to start the meal. #Mexican corn and Cottage cheese steak - Best main course made of mexican rice topped with tangy gravy along with corn and tortilla chips. simply superb. #Veg. Crystal Dumplings - prefectly prepared dimsums and awesome in taste. #Hunan Cottage cheese Baos - fresh soft baos stuffed with flavourful paneers toss in hunan sauce. #Vermicilli Kunafa - A signature dessert of middle eastern cusine ... rich and sweet. The service was good and quick with well mannared staff prompting good suggestion. A lovely dinning experience of middle eastern cuisine and definetely would love to try more.

We found a Turkish place at Andheri West known as Miniya Turk. The interior and the ambience is asthetic. This place where you can lunch and dinner with your friend and family to catch a good vibe The staff and manager were friendly & knowledgeable , ready to assist with recommendations and ensuring that every need was met. They also have refreshing mocktails and shakes. For starters we will suggest you go for Adana chicken kebab, Iranian lari mutton. The main course we will suggest you go for Turkish lamb Armico, Saffron chicken with herb. The dessert we will suggest you go for Vermicelli kunafa.

The food was amazing!! Especially the tacos. Even the hummus and pita bread was super delicious. The mocktails were nice too!

Recently, I visited Miniya Turk, where I experienced nice service and tasty food, as well as a nice ambience and attractive wall postures. The waitress was so friendly and helpful. But it's bit hard to find the exact location for first time , I walked a lot to find it.

UNHAPPY ! LOCATION: Firstly, keep an eye out for Boards and Ask the security, the entry to the place is like a puzzle, via an industrial estate, into another building! Google Maps may take to you closer, jot to the final destination. AMBIENCE: Fab when the occupancy is low, when we Entered at 8ish, only 2 tables were occupied and the place was peaceful, with good music vibes and decent decor. By 9ish, it was upto 80% occupancy, noisy, kids crying, waiters shouting orders, etc FOOD: (We eat Veg. Only) The overall food looks and tastes good. It cutlery is unique and pretty. The portion sizes are good for two. But we felt bloated post dinner (maybe we ate more!) We had ordered for Medley Hummus Platter, Cottage Cheese Pide (Turkish Pizza, Shaped like a boat) and a falafel wrap along with Hoegaarden Beer. The Hummus Platter was good (Bay route has it better), Turkish Pizza was bland, they forgot the sides! Falafel Wrap was decent (they again forgot to not add raw onions in it as we had requested) SERVICE: Great service if you see only couple of tables around you, otherwise it's the worst. First, always check if they placed your order in the kitchen, we waited almost 45mins for our food, enquired multiple times and then they realized they forgot to place the order in the system/kitchen! Second, food preferences, customization won't happen. We asked our wraps to be minus of the raw onions, but we got them as they make it. So if you are allergic or have religious beliefs, avoid ordering the item with those ingredients, coz they won't consider your request. Overall the staff is polite and cheerful, but also forgetful. Some more training, more experience, better systems in place. I'll not visit this place again.

This was an unmitigated disaster. We have one word of advice for someone planning to visit. "D'ONT". There are far far better places out there who actually know what they are doing. We ordered the spinach and feta triangles. To start. The feta was used as a garnish and not part of the actual dish, and the spinach had dill mixed through it which overpowered it completely. We thought we tasted it, asked the server, he said no, went back and checked with the kitchen. We were right. Disastrous start to the evening, but we persevered. We ordered the lamb Patti kebab. It tasted like the chef put whatever spice he could lay hands on into it. Nowhere close to the Mediterranean flavour we know so well. Could have easily come out of any North West frontier kitchen. We wanted a mint tea, but all they had were tea bags. Are we really paying restaurant rates for teabags dipped in hot water? We didn't want to ruin our evening by trying anything else, and went elsewhere.
