The male staff is worst i have been purchasing things from Miniso from very long and recently i came to visit Tirupati and i just saw the miniso and i ve purchased things worth 3000 and unfortunately the shades which I've purchased were quite big so i thought of changing the shades because all the shades were having same cost and the day when i purchased on the same day i thought of visiting the store again and i even can say it was very less time i dint even removed the tag neither i used so i asked the manager to change the shades he was totally behaving rude and sarcastic which i felt it was bad quality to be a manager big brands are providing the exchange policy but here we get to see rude behaviour towards customers... never gonna come here and tell others for not coming here...
