The worst experience with the staff today (1st August 2023) The staff literally quarreled with us only becz we said her to cancel one of the product from my cart. She was rude and said that once the product is scanned it cannot be cancelled but we never saw anything like this sort in any of the stores whether its a big shop or a small one. she made us take this product forcefully even when we were in short of money. Now Who is responsible???
All the employees should be replaced,they were very rude and arrogant,and they stared at everyone as if they're suspicious which made me very uncomfortable. They all acted as if they owned the place. Would recommend not visiting this solely because of the rude staff
Good ambience, quality products...negative reviews mostly about staff...but I m sure they just doing there job...and yes they follow around, that's for assisting if any required by us.

The place is pretty decent with fancy products but the staffs are equally fancier with no sense to behave with customers. This will only bring downfall to the business and will not recommend anyone to purchase from the Shillong store ever again. We ended up purchasing things however, customers were being scremed on as they were in a hurry to close the store at 7:30 p.m.
Its a small outlet in police bazar, well its nice to have atleast something in shillong.
