Reception staff is very rude. Even if they have a exchange policy but the staff didnot exchange the product even though u have just billed the product. The receptionist did not want to lower his ratings. And then one more girl of stuff came and they were very rude. Were giving the ideas that tell them they don't have policy.....i mean wth. They were very aggressive. Poor customer service. Poor behaviour.

Very rude staff. They stand too close for comfort and keep staring at you and following you. On being called out for their odd behaviour they gang up on you threateningly and tell you "Apna ego down karo, hum service dene ke liye aisa kar rahe hain. Hum customer ko aise ghoomne nahi dete store me". So their idea of service is staring at what you are doing constantly and following you around the store. Such shoddy place and pathetically garbled sense of customer service presents a strong case for Google to implement negative ratings. There is no product in this store that would warrant submitting ourselves to scrutiny masqueraded as service. The level of tresspass on our personal space by this worthless staff and the threatening attack on me and my family goes to show their policy of hiring goons for customer service. And this is the first rating and review on Google. Alas!
