A peaceful Beach area near Vadakara. The way to here is through a seaside Village and it's views are very Stunning Place is not crowded at all.. Mostly Young couples, bcos there's good privacy and a pleasant atmosphere. Pay parking is available for 20rs for car and 10rs for bike.
One major drawback is the poor cleanliness
The beach floor is polluted with plastics and other wastes.. Best to visit here on weekdays to get the peaceful atmosphere and would recommend for couples as a Date spot
Mini Goa, a picturesque estuary with immense tourism potential, boasts a sandy shoreline tucked a mile away from the parking area. As you stroll along the trail through the enchanting woods, the rhythmic sound of waves piques your curiosity. However, unlike the idyllic pictures you've seen before, this beach has sadly fallen victim to litter and visitor-induced damage.
Yet, amidst the litter, the beautiful mangroves provide a comforting shade on sunny days, creating a serene atmosphere. The beach itself presents a unique blend of white and black sands, accentuated by the powerful waves crashing upon the shore. Interestingly, a rumor swirls about an ongoing conflict between Quilandy and Vadakara municipalities over the ownership of this charming destination.
To accommodate visitors, there's a paid parking area located on some native's property, and several stalls near the beach offer refreshments and local delights. The sight of swaying coconut trees and the sandy beaches evokes a vague resemblance to the renowned Goa. Additionally, you can catch glimpses of sandbanks on the distant shores, further enhancing the scenic beauty.
For a truly enchanting experience, consider taking a leisurely walk during sunset. Mini Goa offers an ideal spot to witness the sun dipping below the horizon, casting a golden glow over the tranquil waters
Beautiful place to come and wind down. It's a secret beach in a secret location. The local internet influencers have come and made it famous. They named this "Mini Goa".
From the parking, a small 500m walk is required to reach the actual beach. This beach can only be viewed and visited during low tide and will be submerged during high tide.
It's a vast flat beach, plenty of space to run and play to bring small kids.
Mangrove trees can be seen growing around.
At around 6:30 pm it is advised to leave as it is not safe.
Parking space is plenty for a small fee.
Secluded beach where one can witness the river meeting the ocean. It resembles bagha in Goa, and hence the name.
Need Maintenance...No Attention given for development of this place. Has huge potential to be a tourist attraction away from city traffic

life is different. Time doesn't move hour to hour but mood to moment. We live by the currents, plan by the tides and follow the sun.
