Mini Amarnath Dham - Hindu temple in Amarapur - Gandhinagar, India

For one day picnic one of the best place near Ahmedabad Ghandhinagar. Lord Shiva temple there, Also nature wise good atmosphere, especially in monsoon season. Hills and greenery everywhere, Kids really like this place. Highly recommend, one time must go there.

This place is located inside swapna water park. We went from Ahmedabad to Amrapur by car. It's around 45 km. Ample parking space free of cost. You can book a taxi to reach amarnath dham or even walking you can reach the shrine. The taxi fare to and fro is Rs.30. Reaching there you can see the snow shivlinga and after that 12 Jyotirlingas in caves is nicely managed. The entry is free of cost. Eateries are good.

Good temple and place to go on weekend also nice open space to do a picnic but most of the ride in parks and non functional, snacks are also available

Amazingly beautiful place, basically its replica of Amarnath. An artificial cave is made where all 11 jyotirlinga's can be found and details too are mentioned. Best part was due to covid, hardly any crowd was there, so we had enough time to spend. Do visit if you want peace of mind and soul.

Good place inside the campus of swapn shrushti water park

It's located beside Swapn Shrushti Water park. There is a theme of 12 (twelve) Jyotirling. One main Shivling is there which is always stays on ice form. There is activity park behind this Mini Amarnath Dham. Children can enjoy full day there.

Very nice temple i went there for the first time i liked it very much that day

Amarnath is highly sacred pilgrimage centre of Hinduism and specifically to devotee of Lord Shiva, naturally created Shivlonga of ice in Himalayas. To visit here is very difficult thus for the devotee who cannot visit Amaranath in Himalayas can reach Amarnath dham which situated just at 24 km from Gandhinagr on Gandhinagar - Mahudi road, at Amrapur village also known as Mini Amarnath.
