Worst hotel no AC fans also not working properly room like very dirty and worst staff behaviour i came finishing 2nd show movie 12:30 am he refused to open gate we have timings to sleep saying like that. I said to him im not student and this not student hostel to refused to open gate after 11 pm once bell ring you have to open lock i paid money while checking I have rights to visit office dinner party movies etc. He behave like dog i strongly recommend don't choose this third class hotel.

The hotel is okay if u want a cheaper stay. Although if u want to have dinner there's not any restaurants nearby. We used to order ours from swiggy each day. the owner and the workers are friendly and made our stay a good experience. But i do think the decor and the cleanliness can be improved.
This dormitory is good but can be improved more if some more light bulbs are installed, chilled water is available & increase internet speed. It was nice journey of hostel hunting & finally I found this Residency.

Had an amazing experience while staying at this place. It felt like home away from home. I was specifically pleased by the cleanliness that was maintained all over the place inspite of it being a dormatory. The rates were extremely affordable as compared to quality and service provided. The service staff is also very accommodative and helping. The place has an added advantage of being nearer to the Lalbaug botanical garden at a walking distance. Extremely satisfied .
