Well maintained rooms if provide one water bottle for free of cost in premium rooms while checking out they charged 42 rupees for one litre kenly water bottle outside it's cost 20rupees. Kindly think about management they are not even providing a water.. .....

Good place to Stay for Family. We stayed for 1 night. Veg restaurant had a good South Indian spread for Breakfast. No complaints as such, except, they should take care of the common floor, mat from lift to our rooms. Continue good maintenance of the property. Our Darshan got delayed in the evening and started from tirumala at 11PM without having Dinner . We tried our luck calling Minerva Room service , and to our luck they helped us out with options that they could prepare for us . We ordered our Dinner in the night at 11.10 PM from Tirumala, and landed the hotel at 12 AM. They served us hot dinner, which was surprising to us. They made our tummy full ensuring we did not hit our bed with empty stomach .

Service needs to improve. Attitude of senior staff has to improve. Staff is very interested to get reviews done, but not ready to listen to suggestions. Food taste and quality needs improvement. Hope u guys take this feedback positively. This Minerva is not anywhere close to the ones in Hyderabad.

I stayed one days with family . I had booked the hotel through Agoda booking site . I was charged over for double occupancy and I raised the concern with hotel people to which they simply did not support. I requested for contact details of Agoda site which they denied. I felt the dealings are not fair and transparent . When I booked the room neither I received any email nor message . Even the breakfast was not included despite over charging . Again when it came to ordering dinner, horrible Pulak and vegkufta . Over all the experience was bad and one should be better be careful while booking in to this property .

Dear Management, I am writing to express my concerns about the recent stay at your hotel. Upon arrival, there was no available parking due to a marriage function. It seemed that the hotel staff was prioritizing the function attendees over the regular hotel guests. Moreover, the manager displayed an unfavorable attitude and lacked proper customer service skills. Our room was unfortunately located adjacent to the marriage event rooms, resulting in significant noise disturbances throughout the night. Additionally, the corridor mats in were torn and emitted an unpleasant odor. Overall, this was not a satisfactory experience. Thank you for your attention to these matters. Best regards.

Minerva is my favorite hotel and the rooms are neat, clean and maintaining very well. Staff is very friendly. Different rooms are available like single, suit rooms. Suits rooms are for members like 5 to 7. Suits are luxury and spacious. The free breakfast is available every morning. Laundry service is also available. I will definitely recommend

I stayed here with my 80+ year old mother and found the rooms to be very dated and old. The room AC did not work twice during my 2 day stay and I had to complain about it. However their customer service was good and their restaurant (Minerva) is also very good.

Positive: Location Negative: The process of reservation wasn't great. I thought it had buffet breakfast added. Things are not cleared because my selection was with breakfast and found that my 87 yr old dad once checked in was said it didn't have brkfast.
