One of the worst customer service for breakfast. There's only one guy to take order and he keeps hours to get to the table. And the order can't always keep it short they take every order fresh from the stores grind it and freshly prepare which obviously takes hours. Being busy and customer needs to call their staff again and again for the order and they always say 1min 2mins and it takes hours to get to the table. There is no choice basis and they don't cancel for what is getting late and keep customers waiting for long hours. Such a bad customer service experience. People spend their valuable time and this is what they get.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I had the pleasure of experiencing a comfortable and pleasant accommodation. One of the highlights of my visit was undoubtedly the delightful and authentic food served at the hotel's restaurant. Each dish was bursting with flavors that delighted my taste buds, and it was evident that the chefs took great care in preparing the meals. Moving on to the rooms, I was impressed by the high level of cleanliness and hygiene maintained throughout. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in ensuring that the rooms were spotless and well-organized. The comfortable bedding and amenities provided added to the overall satisfaction of my stay. However, one aspect that slightly impacted my experience was the general lobby area. It lacked air conditioning, and I noticed a lack of adequate air circulation, especially during peak hours when the lobby tends to be crowded. This created a slightly stuffy and uncomfortable atmosphere, particularly on hot days. Improving the ventilation or installing air conditioning in this area would certainly go a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience and ensuring that everyone feels comfortable while waiting or socializing in the lobby. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable, thanks to the delectable food and the cleanliness of the rooms. However, addressing the air circulation and air conditioning issue in the lobby would further elevate the quality of the stay, ensuring that future guests have an even more comfortable and pleasant experience.

Food at their restaurant was very nice. There were two restraunts one purely veg and other was both veg and non veg. They had a variety of options in their menu. The taste was also good. Price is also fair. Atmosphere is very calming. Service can be improved.

We had lunch today and it is one of the worst experience regarding service, food quality and timing. Even they charge water which is supposed to be given for free along with food.Had discussed these issues with the manager and was told that it is management decision.I wouldn't suggest this restaurant unless there are no other alternatives.

This has a good restaurant.... however the service part is a bit of a concern... right variants are not getting served, instead a sort of wrong supply is experienced during our visit...need to improve in this area.... otherwise tasty food with a lot of variants to select from....

Had Buffet breakfast: Service need to be improved and staff are loud and next to my table about 6-7 people were gathered, it could be better if they spread lil far to avoid noise, Wada and peanut chutney lil salty, rest is good. Spl thanks Vishwanath who look after us.

Went for a lunch at restaurant with my friend. We ordered Thali and to my surprise I saw a cockroach moving in friends thali. Called restaurant manager and he hushed up the things at the pretext that pest control happened a day before. Restaurant ensured that no bill is generated and hence no trail of cockroach incident. My sincere suggestion: Don't visit this restaurant else you will have food will cockroaches.

I stayed at Minerva for one month for a business trip all the way from New Zealand. All I can say is wow!! The staff workers were amazing, friendly and very kind and helpful towards me. My Executive hotel room was BIG, spacious, clean and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed trying every food single item there every morning. The smoothies were my favorite and the Dosa was delicious The staff at the restaurant were also professional and lovely. Hotel room service was excellent and was the highlight of my stay. Every night I enjoyed choosing what to eat and the room service staff was always so professional. I always had bottled water and packed lunches for work from the chef. The location was great as it is walking distance to the sweet shop, ATM's, and supermarket. I would like to say a big thank you to everyone at Minerva who made my stay there so welcoming and for going above and beyond. Thank you to the restaurant manager, head chef, Mr. Sohom at the reception, and all the staff members for their hospitality. I look forward to staying here again in future! Highly recommend 10/10 !!
