MINERVA GRAND (BLUE FOX) - Restaurant in Vijayawada - Krishna, India

I had been to Blue Fox in Minerva Cafe many times in Hyderabad, but today the experience is worst in Vijayawada. Ordered Dum Biryani and rice was not properly cooked and there was no Dum. Felt like it was white rice with some color added to it to make it look like Dum Biryani rice. Very bad experience and would never recommend anyone to visit Blue Fox.

Stayed here for 3 days, rooms are spacious but okish, lots of dust, there spring mattress is pathetic, it's just 6 inches and you will feel the springs on your back when you sleep. Drinking Water provided in the rooms is local ro plant water without any added minerals - drinking this is harmful, they sell kinley at Rs44 even when the MRP is Rs20. The corridors carpets are really pathetic! They need to do deep cleaning asap. Blue fox restaurant: the service is quick but cleanliness is ZERO. The washed plates used in the breakfast buffet were horrible, I cleaned with the tissue paper and black residual came on it. The utensils etc too are not cleaned. The tables, tissue holders, wooden trays which are being used regularly are not being cleaned, they have mold and fungus forming on them. I told the manager about this and he half heartedly got them wiped! Breakfast items are very limited and ok ok. I would definitely give this restaurant and this hotel a skip.

On 14/11/2023 I and my family of 4 and a kid visited Minerva Blue Fox Resturant in Secunderabad. We ordered a couple of items including a chicken steak sizzler. While eating the sizzler my husband found something hard in the chicken steak pattie. We were astonished to find a 1/2 inch glass piece in the steak. What if he had swallowed it ?? Such is the negligence of this restaurant. If my kid has eaten it ?? This is supposed to be one of the best restaurants in town without any responsibility towards its customers. When we asked the restaurant folks, they casually apologized saying it came by mistake when a glass broke while boiling vegs!!! Pls be mindful of this before visiting this restaurant.

This is the worst minerva grand you can stay at. DONOT stay here. The rooms are infested with termites, and when asked about it, the receptionist just says sorry, but there is no action taken to clean up at the least. They also charged us twice for the room, and when asked about it, they said they would refund within a couple of days, but nothing came back yet, even after 10 days. When I followup they said the account manager is on vacation. A WORST NIGHTMARE.

The location is a bit difficult to reach. The food is good especially the breakfast, tiffin and snacks menu, which has very special availability timings.

Food used to be good here earlier now it's just too bad. No flavor just full of chilli powder. Even a simple dish like veg noodles was so dry and tasteless.

Pathetic experience GOPI receptionist has looted me by asking 1000 rs and did not issued the bill. I'm following up from 2 days still i haven't received the bill. He tried to fooled me by telling this bill will get through make my trip but the bill which I got from make my trip is for the paid amount through make my trip. Please remove Gopi. And share my bill

The taste of the roti is absolutely ridiculous and all the roti-s were almost fully black, inspite of having told them and shown them. No response. I had no choice since I was hungry.
