This is a nice hotel. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and it is very clean. The gym is very basic, just really a running machine and a exercise bike. The staff were great and very friendly. You can order Zomato fine, and there are good food options around. We didn't eat the food from the restaurant there.

Their staff is just amazing... I stayed with my family and it was one of the best stays in Hyderabad till now The rooms are very nice and clean and they have almost all the amenities u might need.

In a resturant full of 4 tables, waiters are least bothered to even come and ask the customer. Just having Mahesh babu name linked with it won't get this resturant anywhere. Should definitely learn customer service and support From Minerva coffee Shop himayat Nagar. There nearly hundreds of people come to eat. That resturant is very well managed however Banjara hills one, I don't feel any scope.

Went to Blue fox, Banjara Hills, for a group get-together of twelve business heads, this evening and we were told very rudely by the restaurant in-charge at that time, "if you will have a meeting for just tea coffee, we will not allow. " we asked we will have snacks and all, then he said ok. But the mood was spolied. Sad experience. The receptionist at Minerva reception was much more sensible in requesting us to stay but then the harm was already done. We moved to another Joint close by. Without understanding the kind of guests walking in, this is least expected at an upmarket name like Minerva BlueFox.

Worst experience in 16 years of my carrier. No etiquette to the reception staff... But Food is excellent
