Minds Hospital and Radhakrishna hospital - Hospital in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

I recently visited this hospital for my neurological problems and I must say that the neurologist here is truly exceptional. Doctor has extensive knowledge and experience in the field of neurology and was able to diagnose and treat my condition with utmost care and precision. I couldn't be happier with the care and attention I received from him. However, I must say that my experience with the hospital staff was substandard. I found them to be lacking in professionalism and courtesy. They were not very attentive to my needs and seemed more interested in completing their tasks rather than providing quality care to patients. Despite the disappointing experience with the hospital staff, I would highly recommend this place to anyone suffering from neurological problems, solely based on the expertise of Dr. Radhakrishnan, His knowledge and skills are truly unparalleled and I am extremely grateful for the care he provided. In conclusion, I would say that the hospital may have some areas to improve, but the quality of care provided by Dr. Radhakrishnan more than makes up for any shortcomings. If you are looking for a neurologist who truly cares about his patients and has the expertise to provide top-notch care, then this hospital is the place to go.

This hospital receptionist is tooo bad don't have manners to talk patient and lack of knowledge behavior with patients is tooo bad and worst

we took appointment at 5:00pm, the token no-75 they told us to come at before 6pm. and we came at exactly 6pm and asked they said appointment is going on we will call u, we waited outside where full on mosquito attack, 7:15pm o went and asked again and fought (just asked if giving appointment u could have said come at this time, why did u tel us cm at 6pm) with receptionist's because we need to go back to Nanjanagudu where 30km far away from here. lets finish and go and they said our hospital rules, we need to get again doctor appointment. all patients are waiting from 1pm, 2pm and 3pm they were giving examples and saying u have to wait. it was 9pm till we dnt get doctor appointment (where we get only 10 consultantions appointments only at the time) finaly we met doctor at 9:30pm he took just 10min finish the case. And we waited 3:30 hrs and many patients were waiting from 1pm also. To Hospital management Worst mangement hospital I have ever seen in a private hospital 1.give proper time for the Patient 2.dont make them to wait for too long 3. max.1hr we can wait we waited 4hr 4.given concern them if they are coming from where far.

Doctor is good. But the staff is really rude to the patients. We have to wait for the whole day. Even though our token number is below 40, it takes up to 6 pm evening to meet the doctor. Don't know how they allow people to meet the doctor, tokens are just for namesake.

Doctor has good reputation but staffs and response at the reception is not good. Token system is not in proper manner. Staff attends patients and send them to Doctor by taking bribe.

We have to wait for hour's to meet doctor and finished in 5 minutes meeting but i had surgery here and 2nd floor staff was very good and very kind each and everyone

Seems like Angels are running this hospital. Doctors are very kind and down to earth. Very few doctors and very huge crowd . Need a lot of patience to be get treated .They value human life more than money. ....and this is the best part . :)

Dr.Gayatri is so so so so Good,she is just lke an angel. specially when we are pregnant she suggest and explain vry nicely,I love the way she talk nd help us in everything I hope and wish her best of luck nd may ALLAH keeps u 100 yrs nd help the way u do.but the male staff is worst the man who is really really rude nd the way he speak like drunker very very lazy to answer.plz donot keep such a person in ur hospital and spoil the name of the hospital rest all is very good.
