Customer service and reception staff is a joke down here. Have been trying to book appointment with the right person, neither they can book right nor they reply. They say they will let u know after talking to counsellor, bt they don't even respond back for bookings. One has to talk to 3 persons before booking and still u will not be able to get a hold of them.
